Senior Netcool Engineer – NOI / OMNIbus

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Implement and manage IBM Netcool-based solutions while providing support.

• Design and maintain end-to-end event integrations.

• Develop and refine processing and correlation rules.

• Automate workflows to enhance operational efficiency.

• Resolve complex incidents and perform technical troubleshooting on critical platforms.

• Collaborate in optimizing the performance and stability of the monitoring environment.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives in high-demand operational contexts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience with IBM Netcool Operations Insight (NOI).

• Strong knowledge of OMNIbus, Impact, and ITNM.

• Experience in the implementation and operation of IBM Netcool solutions.

• Proficient in correlation and event management in mission-critical environments.

• Development and maintenance of rules in: -> Probe Rules -> IPL -> JavaScript.

• Experience with end-to-end event integrations and process automation.

• Familiarity with API consumption.

• Proficient in SQL database management.

• Advanced troubleshooting capability in large-scale environments.
