Senior .NET Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand the major challenges faced by our customers.

• Utilize data to measure, evaluate, and inform decision-making processes.

• Design, test, code, and implement innovative solutions.

• Enhance and advance our engineering practices using TDD and BDD, along with Microservice and Vertical Slice Architectures.

• Maintain live applications while promoting proactive monitoring, swift incident response, and ongoing improvement.

• Examine existing systems and processes to pinpoint bottlenecks and identify areas for enhancement.

• Mentor colleagues and engage in mutual learning, fostering a culture of continuous education within your team and the organization.

• Develop expertise in your functional area and adhere to best practices.

• Evaluate unique situations and apply inventive problem-solving strategies to address challenges or propose diverse solutions.

• Complete tasks independently and proactively engage with others for reviews.

• Highly self-driven, take initiative in your responsibilities, seek opportunities to contribute actively, and require minimal oversight.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; or demonstrable equivalent experience.

• Significant experience in software engineering.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.

• Enthusiastic about staying current with modern technologies and design trends.

• Proficient in Angular and/or React.

• Experience in building and utilizing REST APIs.

• Proven history of developing comprehensive unit tests and test suites.

• Strong grasp of software security principles and OWASP guidelines.

• Proficient in Git version control and CI/CD pipelines.

• Familiar with Agile development methodologies.

• A record of delivering complex projects on time.

• Experience in crafting efficient stored procedures and functions.

• Background in developing Cloud-Native applications and services.
