Senior .NET Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design and implement new product features based on the given specifications and requirements.

• Engage actively in system design, contributing innovative ideas and optimal implementation strategies.

• Provide support for the product and address bugs reported by users and the QA team.

• Follow best development practices diligently.

• Self-driven individual capable of working both collaboratively within a team and independently.

• Guide and mentor junior team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in .NET / C# (LINQ, Generics, async, IoC container, dependency injection).

• Strong grasp of OOP and SOLID principles.

• Advanced SQL skills with experience in MSSQL/MYSQL/Oracle.

• Knowledgeable in multi-threaded, high-performance applications.

• Familiar with Agile development methodologies and sprint planning.

• Prior experience in a FX/trading/financial organization.

• Seasoned C# developer comfortable with server-side code development.

• At least 5 years of .NET experience in a dynamic IT setting (preferably within the Banking/Finance sector and ideally in front office IT).

• Experience in developing connected, service-oriented applications (GRPC/SOAP/REST).

• Familiar with messaging systems (Redis/Tibco/ActiveMq/ServiceBus).

• Knowledge of unit testing and mocking frameworks (XUnit/NUnit/SpecFlow/XBehave).

• Experience with Meta Trader 4/5.

• Development experience in Azure / AWS cloud environments.

• Familiarity with Redis or similar NoSQL databases.

• Knowledge of continuous integration practices (Azure DevOps or equivalent).

• Experience using Docker and Kubernetes.

• Familiar with JIRA, DevOps, or other bug tracking tools.

• Experience working within Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
