Senior .NET Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and implement .NET applications in alignment with best practices and business needs.

• Efficiently leverage Azure cloud services for application hosting and management, prioritizing high availability, scalability, and security.

• Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps to enhance the development lifecycle and foster a DevOps culture.

• Oversee and optimize databases, specifically PostgreSQL, ensuring data integrity, performance, and security.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA engineers, and product managers, to ensure timely project delivery.

• Engage in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to consistently refine processes and working methods.

• Actively seek continuous learning opportunities and stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in .NET development, Azure services, and DevOps practices to suggest and implement enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Demonstrated experience as a .NET developer with a strong grasp of .NET Framework and .NET Core.

• Extensive experience with Azure cloud services and a solid understanding of cloud architecture and deployment methods.

• Proficient in Azure DevOps and the implementation of CI/CD pipelines.

• Comprehensive knowledge of relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL, encompassing development, optimization, and administration.

• Familiarity with agile methodologies and an agile mindset, with the capability to adjust to evolving priorities and project scopes.

• Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities, capable of articulating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Proficient in German and competent in English.
