Senior .NET Developer, ERP – Connected Business

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• ERP Development: Design, develop, enhance, and maintain features and custom modules within the Connected Business ERP system utilizing .NET technologies.

• System Integration: Work on integrating Connected Business with various systems and third-party applications through APIs, web services, and data exchange methods.

• Technical Documentation: Create and sustain clear and concise documentation for code, systems, operational processes, and deployment protocols.

• Code Review & Refactoring: Engage in code reviews, suggest and apply refactoring strategies to enhance performance, maintainability, and scalability.

• Support & Troubleshooting: Offer technical support and swiftly resolve system-related issues. Analyze logs and data to pinpoint root causes.

• Collaboration: Collaborate closely with business analysts, QA engineers, and other developers to convert business requirements into technical solutions.

• Compliance & Standards: Ensure that code adheres to best practices, security standards, and internal coding guidelines.

• Mentorship: Support junior developers through coaching, training, and code walkthroughs as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Education: Graduate of any IT-related discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering).

• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in the IT sector, especially in enterprise application development using the .NET framework.

• ERP Knowledge: Extensive experience with Connected Business ERP or comparable ERP platforms is essential.

• Tech Stack:

• - Proficient in C#, .NET Framework / .NET Core

• - Familiar with SQL Server, stored procedures, and database optimization

• - Experience with RESTful APIs, SOAP, and system integration

• - Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript, and front-end frameworks (optional but preferred)

• Dev Tools: Experience with source control systems (e.g., Git), issue tracking tools, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities. Capable of explaining technical concepts in layman's terms when necessary.

• Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving and debugging skills with the capacity to quickly grasp complex systems.

• Documentation Skills: Proficient in drafting clear and structured technical documentation for both internal and operational purposes.

• Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Points):

• Direct experience in customizing or implementing Connected Business modules (Sales, Inventory, Purchasing, etc.)

• Understanding of business processes in retail, distribution, or manufacturing

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
