Senior .Net Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• API Development: Design, construct, and sustain RESTful APIs utilizing .NET C#, with an emphasis on performance, reliability, and security.

• Entity Framework & SQL: Create efficient data models with Entity Framework Core and craft optimized SQL queries for relational databases such as SQL Server.

• Cloud Transition Support: Play a role in new development initiatives that leverage Azure services (e.g., Azure Functions, App Services, Azure SQL) as we initiate migration from on-premises infrastructure.

• Machine Learning Integration: Partner with stakeholders to incorporate machine learning models through RESTful APIs or Azure ML services.

• Clean, Maintainable Code: Adhere to best practices to produce code that is testable, maintainable, and well-documented.

• Cross-Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other developers and business partners to provide secure, scalable solutions.

• CI/CD Practices: Assist in continuous integration and delivery initiatives using tools like GitHub Actions.

• Problem Solving: Analyze and address performance issues, bugs, and bottlenecks in existing systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional experience in .NET C# development.

• Expertise in Entity Framework (preferably EF Core).

• Strong proficiency in SQL, including the ability to write and optimize complex queries.

• Experience in developing RESTful APIs using ASP.NET or ASP.NET Core.

• Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.

• Robust problem-solving and debugging capabilities.

• Effective communication skills and the ability to work independently or within a team.

• Exposure to Azure services such as App Services, Azure SQL, and Azure Functions.

• Basic knowledge of integrating machine learning models via APIs or Azure ML.

• Familiarity with OData, microservices, and concepts of distributed systems.

• Experience with writing unit tests (e.g., xUnit, NUnit, MSTest).

• Understanding of CI/CD practices, particularly with GitHub Actions.

• Interest in or experience with DevOps practices and automation.
