Senior .Net Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the team to design, develop, and sustain backend solutions that support our operational software.

• Serve as a senior engineering representative in team development activities.

• Engage in product development through collaboration across teams.

• Create software that is designed for automatic testability, recoverability from failures, and incorporates privacy and security by design.

• Contribute to the shaping and maintenance of the overall enterprise technical architecture.

• Develop, maintain, and document software patterns and cross-functional libraries.

• Mentor IT teams and provide training for new hires.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a software developer or engineer is essential.

• A strong passion for automating processes, RESTful API-first development, and data or event-driven architectures.

• Preferred experience with Kubernetes, Docker, GIT, MSSQL, and .NET Core/C#.

• Familiarity with test automation is an advantage.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Outstanding programming, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to learn new programming languages and technologies swiftly.

• Experience in the Banking or Fintech sectors is a plus.
