Senior .NET Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design and execute solutions utilizing .NET Framework (4.8) as well as .NET 6/7/8/9.

• Develop, enhance, and sustain T‑SQL (stored procedures, views, functions) with a strong emphasis on optimizing performance.

• Create modular, reusable, and secure solutions for essential applications.

• Play a role in establishing front-end architecture and design patterns.

• Detect and address performance issues in SQL Server databases.

• Engage in code reviews and uphold architectural and security best practices.

• Generate clear and succinct technical documentation.

• Cooperate with cross-functional teams to collect functional and non-functional requirements.

• Collaborate closely with agile squads, DevOps, and architecture teams.

• Utilize AI to speed up delivery cycles.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a .NET developer/analyst proficient in SQL Server.

• Expertise in T‑SQL: crafting stored procedures, views, and functions.

• In-depth understanding of performance tuning in SQL Server (indexes, execution plans, etc.).

• Significant experience with .NET Framework 4.8 and the latest versions of .NET (.NET 6/7/8/9).

• Acquaintance with development patterns (SOLID, DDD, etc.).

• Capability to tackle complex issues and suggest enhancements.

• Proficient technical English for comprehending documentation.

• Nice to have:

• Experience with version control systems (Git, Azure DevOps).

• Familiarity with ORMs (.NET EF Core, Dapper).

• Background in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

• Understanding of CI/CD in Azure environments.

• Previous experience in insurance, fintech, or financial services organizations.
