This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.
• Participate in designing the architecture for high-load services and enhance the current C# / .NET Core codebase.
• Develop new product features and integrations, which include the AI layer (voice, real-time, and upcoming video and emotion recognition).
• Create and manage asynchronous pipelines on RabbitMQ, focusing on delivery guarantees, idempotency, error handling, and backpressure.
• Collaborate with MS SQL schema and queries under load, addressing indexing, execution plans, and hot-path optimization.
• Uphold code quality standards across the team through code reviews, testing, observability, and engineering standards; influence technical decisions beyond your immediate scope.
• Over 5 years of commercial experience in C# / .NET development, with at least 2 years working with .NET Core in a production environment.
• Proven experience with distributed systems and handling high-load scenarios: able to discuss throughput, latency, and fault tolerance based on specific incidents from your own experience rather than theoretical knowledge.
• Practical experience with message brokers (preferably RabbitMQ; Kafka, Azure Service Bus, and NATS are acceptable if backed by a high-load performance record) and MS SQL Server under load.
• Fluent in Russian and available to work within CET (±2) hours.
