Senior .NET Core Developer – Investments

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Develop and uphold our codebase using appropriate technologies (.net core, c#)

• Create and sustain core libraries related to suitable technologies (.net core, c#)

• Engage in code reviews to enhance the quality of our products

• Investigate new technologies relevant to our work

• Aid in standardization efforts throughout the organization

• Ensure that applications comply with quality standards

• Document all work conducted

• Collaborate with various teams to define, design, and launch new features

• Troubleshoot and coordinate with other departments to resolve production issues

• Undertake additional tasks as assigned by management

• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay updated on best practices, learn new programming languages, and better support fellow team members

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in software development with .NET

• Proficiency in Test-Driven Development (TDD) is essential

• Experience in a banking or financial services company is preferred but not mandatory

• Familiarity with Inversion of Control (IoC) / Dependency Injection (DI) patterns, ideally using Autofac

• Experience in building distributed applications through microservices

• Knowledge of Object-Relational Mapping (ORM) systems such as Entity Framework 6

• Experience with message brokers like Kafka or RabbitMQ

• Familiarity with NoSQL databases such as Couchbase or MongoDB

• Understanding of the Command Query Responsibility Segregation (CQRS) pattern

• Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, preferably using Azure DevOps
