Senior Narrative Writer

📋 Description

• Oversee the creation of narratives for enablement materials, developing engaging scripts and story structures for video-based initiatives.

• Convert intricate product, customer, and business ideas into clear, captivating narratives that connect with global sales, partners, and customer demographics.

• Compose scripts for videos, interviews, explainers, coaching sessions, and both episodic enablement and micro-enablement materials.

• Proficient in writing across various styles, including documentary, scripted role-play, and product-oriented narratives.

• Collaborate with creative team members to maintain narrative consistency from inception to final product.

• Work alongside enablement program leaders, subject matter experts, content designers, and video production teams to develop story-driven enablement experiences.

• Create narrative arcs that support essential enablement goals, enhancing audience engagement.

• Tailor narrative content for diverse formats, such as video scripts, course materials, playbooks, and PDF resources.

• Ensure storytelling aligns with brand identity, voice, tone, and Go to Market strategies.

• Contribute to the advancement of contemporary enablement storytelling practices by integrating new formats, techniques, and technologies.

• Assist in guiding and editing the work of fellow writers to ensure a unified narrative style and adherence to editorial standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional writing experience concentrating on storytelling, narrative development, documentary, or editorial content.

• Proven experience in writing scripts for video, documentary-style storytelling, or multimedia projects.

• Ability to craft scripts and copy in various styles and tones.

• Strong talent for transforming complex technical or business subjects into engaging narratives for professional audiences.

• Experience in creating story-driven content that incorporates insights from subject matter experts and real-world examples.

• Exceptional collaboration and stakeholder management abilities, with a knack for working within cross-functional teams.

• Capacity to handle multiple projects while ensuring timely completion.
