Senior MSP Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Provide Level 2/3 support across various operating systems including Windows, Linux, and macOS.

• Identify and resolve intricate server and workstation problems.

• Utilize RMM tools (such as Datto RMM, N-able, Nagios, Cacti) for effective proactive monitoring.

• Address troubleshooting needs for VoIP, IPTV, and internet service issues.

• Configure and manage LAN/WAN, WiFi, VLANs, VPNs, firewalls, and routing protocols.

• Specialize in Unifi/Ubiquiti Networks and oversee multi-tenant configurations.

• Perform network and security evaluations, offering recommendations for enhancements.

• Manage Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 environments effectively.

• Keep precise records using Autotask, IT Glue, or similar tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in MSP or IT support settings.

• Strong background in Level 3 engineering.

• Demonstrated experience in mentoring and leadership roles.

• Proficiency in Google Workspace, M365, networking, and cloud services.

• Preferred certifications: Google Workspace Admin, CompTIA Network+/Security+, CCNA, Microsoft.
