Senior Motion Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.

📋 Description

• Deliver video and motion assets that align with predefined creative and brand standards.

• Consistently apply Xometry’s visual identity across all video and motion content.

• Edit and enhance deliverables to ensure clarity, pacing, refinement, and brand consistency.

• Utilize a coherent motion language, typography, transitions, and production techniques throughout projects.

• Conceptualize ideas and transform briefs into storyboards, scripts, and production-ready outlines.

• Manage the entire video production process, including editing, motion graphics, animation, sound design, and final exports.

• Create short-form, platform-specific motion assets optimized for both paid and organic social media (9:16, 1:1, 4:5).

• Design captivating openings and establish a clear visual hierarchy to enhance engagement and conversion objectives.

• Generate various hooks, messaging, and formats to facilitate A/B testing.

• Adapt campaign materials into modular social cutdowns while ensuring brand consistency.

• Optimize exports according to platform specifications and for sound-off viewing.

• Assist in planning and supporting video shoots by preparing shot lists, production documents, and creative references.

• Oversee post-production workflows including rough cuts, revisions, color correction, audio cleanup, voice-over integration, and final delivery formatting.

• Develop and maintain reusable motion templates, graphic systems, and modular assets to enhance production efficiency.

• Create production timelines, monitor milestones, and manage daily project updates.

• Collaborate with freelance editors, videographers, voice-over talent, and external vendors to gather assets and deliver completed work.

• Prepare creative briefs, production documentation, and asset lists to facilitate efficient teamwork.

• Years of experience in motion design.

• Proficient in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects).

• Strong grasp of motion graphics and animation principles.

• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
