AI Motion Designer / AI Video Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Develop marketing and promotional videos for GoMining's products and campaigns.

• Create advertising creatives and promotional videos utilizing AI-driven video generation tools.

• Generate scenes, transitions, footage, characters, environments, and product-centric visuals with AI.

• Compile final videos encompassing:

• - storytelling and structure

• - pacing and rhythm

• - music and sound design

• - typography and motion graphics

• - subtitles and text overlays

• Tailor content for various formats and platforms, including:

• - Paid advertising

• - Social media

• - Reels

• - Shorts

• - X

• - YouTube

• - Product and app promotions

• Produce videos for marketing initiatives, product launches, explainers, growth strategies, and performance marketing.

• Investigate and experiment with new AI tools and workflows to enhance production speed and quality.

• Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to establish an AI-first video production pipeline.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in motion design, video production, or video editing.

• Extensive experience with AI video tools such as:

• - Runway

• - Kling

• - Pika

• - Luma

• - Midjourney

• - Nano Banana

• - ElevenLabs

• - Suno / Udio

• - or comparable platforms

• Capability to produce controlled, production-ready outputs through prompting rather than random AI generation.

• Proficient editing skills using:

• - After Effects

• - DaVinci Resolve

• - Premiere Pro

• - or similar tools

• Experience with typography and text integration in video.

• Strong comprehension of:

• - composition

• - pacing

• - motion

• - framing

• - visual storytelling

• Ability to create videos that meet marketing goals, not just aesthetically pleasing content.

• Capacity to independently manage a brief from concept through to final delivery.

• Keen visual sensibility and awareness of contemporary digital trends.

• Experience in crypto, fintech, technology, gaming, or Web3 products.

• Background in creating performance marketing video advertisements.

• Experience in producing product explainer videos.

• Familiarity with AI-generated characters, environments, and cinematic scenes.

• Understanding of branding and working within established visual systems.
