3D Rendering, CAD Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Generate high-quality, photorealistic renderings for both interior and exterior spaces for client presentations.

• Create realistic visuals that accurately depict materials, lighting, textures, furnishings, and finishes.

• Develop various design perspectives and options as specified by the design team.

• Modify renderings in accordance with feedback and updated design directives.

• Keep abreast of the latest rendering technologies, AI tools, and trends within the industry.

• Produce precise CAD drawings based on designer annotations and guidelines.

• Design floor plans, space planning layouts, and furniture configurations.

• Create detailed drawings for cabinetry, millwork, kitchens, bathrooms, fireplaces, and other specialty elements.

• Prepare reflected ceiling plans, tile layouts, and construction details.

• Ensure precision, consistency, and accurate dimensions throughout all drawings.

• Convert design concepts into clear visual and technical documentation.

• Revise drawings and renderings as project specifics change.

• Maintain organized and structured project files and drawing sets.

• Ensure all outputs are aligned with the most recent approved design direction.

• Collaborate closely with interior designers to fully grasp the project vision and objectives.

• Engage in design reviews and effectively integrate feedback.

• Adhere to deadlines for client presentations and project milestones.

• Assist with visual content requirements for presentations and marketing as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in 3ds Max.

• Robust portfolio showcasing photorealistic interior and exterior renderings.

• Competence in AutoCAD or similar CAD software.

• Solid understanding of scale, proportion, materials, lighting, and construction specifics.

• Exceptional attention to detail and technical precision.

• Capability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines concurrently.

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
