This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.
• Develop refined UI animations, transitions, and interaction feedback for mobile gameplay, menus, events, offers, and reward flows.
• Create visual effects for rewards and celebrations, including coin bursts, glows, sparkles, light sweeps, multipliers, prize reveals, and winning moments.
• Animate static UI screens with effective timing, pacing, anticipation, impact, and readability.
• Collaborate with UI/UX Designers to enhance hierarchy, clarity, and emotional resonance through motion.
• Work alongside Game Designers and Product teams to emphasize key player motivations such as rewards, progression, streaks, bonuses, and achievements.
• Coordinate with Unity Engineers to implement, fine-tune, and optimize UI animations and effects within the game.
• Contribute to the creation of reusable motion patterns and feedback systems that are scalable across features.
• Ensure high visual quality while adhering to mobile performance, memory, and production limitations.
• Extensive experience in producing high-quality UI motion, animation, and/or visual effects for mobile free-to-play games, generally with over 5 years of relevant experience in the gaming industry.
• A strong portfolio showcasing polished reward feedback, celebratory moments, transitions, and animated UI systems.
• Profound understanding of animation principles, including timing, easing, anticipation, follow-through, impact, staging, and rhythm.
• Capability to create motion that enhances clarity and emotional impact rather than merely serving as visual decoration.
• Experience with game engines, preferably Unity.
• Strong comprehension of premium mobile game polish, free-to-play reward presentation, and player motivation.
• Comfortable working collaboratively with UI/UX Designers, Artists, Game Designers, Product Managers, and Engineers.
• Ability to iterate swiftly based on feedback and production requirements.
• Knowledge of mobile performance considerations related to animation, particle effects, and UI elements.
• Nice to Have
• Proficient Unity implementation skills, including Animator, Timeline, particle systems, prefabs, UI animation, and optimization.
• Familiarity with tools such as After Effects, Spine, Rive, Lottie, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or similar applications.
• Experience in creating particle effects, shaders, animated materials, or light/glow treatments.
• Background in supporting LiveOps features, events, offers, bundles, reward screens, and monetization flows.
• Experience in developing motion style guides, reusable animation libraries, or UI feedback systems.
