Senior Motion Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Thailand.

📋 Description

• Carry out a diverse array of motion design tasks, such as creating tutorials, explainer videos, video editing/montages, promotional clips, logo animations, UX animations, and microinteractions.

• Work with a global clientele spanning sectors like cosmetics, media, automotive, technology, sports, and finance.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver timely and high-quality motion design outputs.

• Maintain creative standards and provide assistance to fellow motion designers when needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience as a Motion Designer (experience in a prestigious agency is advantageous).

• A strong portfolio that demonstrates a range of motion design work across different formats and industries.

• Proficiency in motion design with the capability to create visually engaging animations for various platforms.

• Proven track record in managing creative timelines and adapting to shifting priorities.

• A solid understanding of graphic design and visual communication principles.

• Expertise in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and the comprehensive Adobe Creative Suite.

• Familiarity with tools like Figma, Blender, Cinema 4D, or Lottie is an added benefit.

• Ability to take charge of projects and excel under tight deadlines in a dynamic production setting.

• Strong collaboration skills with project managers, clients, and creative colleagues to ensure alignment on expectations and delivery.

• Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting design concepts, providing constructive feedback, and leading creative discussions.

• Proficient in both verbal and written English communication.
