Senior Motion Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Carry out a diverse array of motion design projects, including tutorials, explainer videos, video editing/montage, promotional clips, logo animations, UX animations, and microinteractions.

• Work with clients globally across various sectors such as cosmetics, media, automotive, technology, sports, and finance.

• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality motion assets on time.

• Maintain creative standards and provide assistance to fellow motion designers when necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Motion Designer (background in a top-tier agency is advantageous).

• A robust portfolio that demonstrates a range of motion design work across different formats and industries.

• Proficiency in motion design with the capability to create visually engaging animations for various platforms.

• Documented experience in managing creative timelines and adapting to changing priorities.

• A solid understanding of graphic design and visual communication principles.

• Skilled in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and the wider Adobe Creative Suite.

• Familiarity with tools like Figma, Blender, Cinema 4D, or Lottie is a plus.

• Capability to take charge of projects and excel under tight deadlines in a dynamic production setting.

• Strong collaborative abilities with project managers, clients, and creative colleagues to ensure alignment on expectations and deliverables.

• Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting design concepts, articulating feedback, and leading creative discussions.

• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
