Senior Motion Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.

📋 Description

• Take charge of motion execution for product launches, including animated videos, promotional materials, and brand storytelling pieces.

• Collaborate closely with our Senior Web Engineer to create website animations and interactive motion components.

• Generate animated assets for digital and out-of-home advertising, spanning from display and social ads to large-format campaign highlights.

• Spearhead our AI video capabilities from inception, assessing tools, establishing workflows, and producing content that enhances speed and quality.

• Develop and manage a library of motion templates and reusable animation resources.

• Transform briefs from Product Marketing and Demand Generation into motion-centric creative concepts, executed from start to finish.

• Provide branded motion support for events and conferences, including signage loops, introductory sequences, and promotional videos.

• Occasionally assist with on-site shoots and event documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of hands-on experience in motion design, preferably within a B2B SaaS or tech company (either in-house or agency).

• A portfolio that showcases a diverse range: animated brand content, product launch videos, typography-centric motion, website animations, and motion graphics.

• Expert-level proficiency in After Effects and Premiere Pro; experience with Cinema 4D or Blender is advantageous.

• Fluent in Figma for collaboration on design assets and adherence to a brand system.

• Practical experience with AI video and image generation tools integrated into your production workflow.

• A solid understanding of sound design: you recognize how audio influences motion and can effectively work with or direct it.
