Senior Mortgage Originator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Engage with clients to comprehend their financial goals and assist them throughout the mortgage application journey with meticulous attention to detail.

• Evaluate client financial backgrounds, encompassing income, credit history, and debt commitments, to ascertain eligibility and suggest appropriate loan options.

• Inform clients about diverse loan programs, terms, and rates available, ensuring they make well-informed decisions that align with their long-term financial objectives.

• Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate efficient loan processing and guarantee timely closings.

• Uphold the confidentiality and security of client information consistently, adhering to stringent privacy policies and regulatory standards.

• Build enduring relationships with clients by delivering outstanding service and offering continuous support throughout the loan process.

• Remain informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory updates to provide precise and current advice to clients.

• Engage in business development activities, networking events, and community initiatives to boost visibility and create new business opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or a relevant field is preferred.

• Demonstrated experience as a Loan Originator or Mortgage Loan Officer, with a proven history of successfully closing loans.

• Strong knowledge of mortgage lending practices, regulations, and compliance standards.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client-centered service delivery.

• Detail-oriented, possessing strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

• Familiarity with mortgage origination software and tools is preferred.

• NMLS licensing as mandated.
