Senior Monitoring Engineer – IBM Netcool, NOI, OMNIbus, Impact

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Implement, manage, and provide support for IBM Netcool-based solutions.

• Design and maintain end-to-end event integrations.

• Develop and refine processing and correlation rules.

• Automate workflows to enhance operational efficiency.

• Resolve complex incidents and perform technical troubleshooting on critical platforms.

• Collaborate in optimizing the performance and stability of the monitoring environment.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives in high-demand operational contexts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience with IBM Netcool Operations Insight (NOI).

• Strong knowledge of OMNIbus, Impact, and ITNM.

• Experience in the implementation and operation of IBM Netcool solutions.

• Proficiency in event correlation and management in mission-critical environments.

• Development and maintenance of rules in: -> Probe Rules -> IPL -> JavaScript.

• Experience in end-to-end event integrations and process automation.

• API consumption skills.

• Proficiency in SQL databases.

• Advanced troubleshooting capabilities in large-scale environments.
