
Senior Mobility Specialist – Immigration Lawyer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Oversee assigned cases by effectively utilizing case management and billing systems.
• Offer guidance on specific travel requirements, advise on the immigration process, and act as a point of contact for business travel and sponsorship matters.
• Provide legal and strategic advice on immigration compliance service delivery to our clients.
• Manage senior-level escalations to assist Mobility Specialists across all areas of work.
• Support leadership in handling significant projects.
• Continuously monitor the Mobility dashboard, communication, and assistance channels to ensure compliance with response times in our SLAs and accurate status reporting for client and colleague visibility.
• Identify, control, and develop in-house immigration services to enhance revenue generation and efficiency while improving customer satisfaction.
• Analyze, prepare, and submit visa and work permit applications.
• Mentor and support Mobility Specialists and Coordinators.
• Actively participate in creating documentation for training materials on new service offerings and assist in training rollouts to other departments regarding process changes.
• Build, maintain, and enhance internal and external relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Independently keep abreast of immigration law, ensuring ongoing compliance with regulatory changes, and manage internal documentation.
• Utilize immigration knowledge to deliver solution-oriented responses for complex client cases.
• A licensed immigration lawyer in Germany.
• Significant experience in immigration compliance, global mobility, or related roles in immigration.
• Comprehensive understanding of immigration and the typical processes involved in immigration compliance.
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Previous experience in the tech industry or in a hyper-growth and scaling environment is preferred.
• Proficient in written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Experience in remote work is a plus.
• Demonstrates strong skills in automation, AI capabilities, and AI fluency.
