Senior Mobile Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the creation of a cross-platform mobile application utilizing: React Native (preferred), OR Flutter.

• Oversee the maintenance and updates of existing iOS components developed in Swift.

• Transition existing native functionalities into a cross-platform framework as necessary.

• Identify and resolve intricate mobile application problems.

• Enhance application performance, security, and scalability.

• Ensure smooth integration with backend services.

• Design and manage backend services using: .NET (C#, .NET 8.0+) and MySQL.

• Create and sustain RESTful APIs and microservices.

• Contribute to architectural decisions regarding cloud solutions.

• Guarantee secure authentication, data integrity, and optimal API performance.

• Take responsibility for feature design and implementation.

• Offer expert insights into system and software architecture.

• Review and endorse code modifications according to best practices.

• Aid in prioritizing escalated issues and feature improvements.

• Participate in sprint planning, workload estimation, and technical documentation.

• Work collaboratively with QA to deploy and test new builds.

• Partner with customer service and professional services teams to document features and produce training materials.

• Provide timely updates on milestones, risks, and changes in scope.

• Support release deployments and manage environments.

• Engage in daily standups and company updates.

• Mentor junior developers.

• Advocate for clean architecture, maintainable code, and high engineering standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with: React Native (multi-platform development) OR Flutter.

• Solid expertise in Swift (iOS) — capable of:

• - Maintaining existing native iOS code.

• - Porting functionality between native and cross-platform environments.

• Experience in integrating mobile applications with RESTful APIs.

• Knowledge of app lifecycle management, state management, and mobile architecture patterns.

• Strong background in: .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core).

• Proficiency in SQL Server.

• Experience in building API-driven microservices.

• Understanding of integrating cloud and on-premise systems.

• Experience with ReactJS (web) is a plus.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipeline is a plus.

• Experience in publishing apps to Google Play and Apple App Store is a plus.

• Demonstrated experience utilizing AI tools such as Claude Code, Amazon Q, or similar.
