Senior MLOps Tech Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Direct the technical MLOps architectural decisions for the project;

• Evaluate pipeline designs, deployment methodologies, and machine learning infrastructure;

• Provide guidance and mentorship to the team;

• Establish technical standards and the developmental roadmap for the Databricks platform;

• Engage in essential technical meetings (architecture, planning, reviews);

• Recognize technical risks and proactively suggest solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Robust, demonstrable experience with Databricks: Unity Catalog, MLflow, Delta Live Tables, Databricks Asset Bundles, Workflows;

• Background as a Tech Lead or Architect on production MLOps initiatives;

• Expertise in the complete MLOps lifecycle: from experimentation to production monitoring;

• Excellent technical communication and leadership abilities;

• Databricks Professional certification (Data Engineer or ML);

• Familiarity with Databricks Asset Bundles and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) within the Databricks environment;

• Understanding of data governance (Unity Catalog, lineage, auditing).
