Senior MLOps Engineer – Anti-Fraud & Compliance Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Develop and execute a detailed MLOps strategy that facilitates the smooth integration of machine learning models within our environment.

• Design, implement, and sustain scalable and automated MLOps pipelines, including data ingestion, training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.

• Create internal tools or integrate existing solutions for versioning, model registry, CI/CD, and observability.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect, deploy, and manage scalable infrastructure tailored for machine learning workloads.

• Oversee the complete development lifecycle from design to incident response.

• Work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and other stakeholders to grasp model requirements, deployment necessities, and data dependencies.

• Improve fraud detection systems through the application of machine learning.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in MLOps or a related domain.

• Proven experience in deploying and managing machine learning models in production settings.

• Strong understanding of the ML lifecycle, model training and evaluation processes, reproducibility, and model governance.

• Experience in building internal MLOps platforms or developer tools.

• Familiarity with ML pipeline orchestration tools such as Kubeflow, MLflow, Airflow, Metaflow, or SageMaker Pipelines.

• Knowledge of establishing CI/CD pipelines for ML workflows utilizing GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Argo, Jenkins, etc.

• Experience in deploying models within Docker/Kubernetes environments.

• Solid understanding of cloud platforms including AWS, GCP, or Azure.

• Experience with implementing tools like Prometheus and Grafana for model and pipeline observability.

• Proficient programming skills in Python.

• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and distributed systems.

• Excellent communication skills (English B2+).

• *Familiarity with Golang or .NET is advantageous!

• *Knowledge of fraud prevention, fintech, or compliance is a plus!
