This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
β’ Create and implement machine learning solutions across various business sectors using tabular data, including uplift models and recommender systems. We are also in the process of developing projects that incorporate e-commerce mechanics.
β’ Identify the most suitable machine learning or large language model approaches, or suggest alternative solutions.
β’ Construct comprehensive machine learning solutions, encompassing data preparation, model training, API development, and monitoring.
β’ Design features powered by large language models, ranging from basic classifiers and content generators to sophisticated AI assistants and chatbots.
β’ Engage with the entire lifecycle of large language models, including creating golden datasets, prompt engineering, fine-tuning models, and evaluating responses.
β’ Over 5 years of experience in machine learning or data science, addressing real product challenges.
β’ Extensive knowledge of machine learning and mathematical statistics, with a strong grasp of classical algorithms (particularly gradient boosting) and modern natural language processing/large language model techniques.
β’ Metrics-driven mindset, capable of correlating machine learning metrics (ROC-AUC, F1, RMSE) with business metrics (conversion rate, lifetime value).
β’ Strong engineering culture, proficient in Python with a focus on product-oriented development; we emphasize clean coding, familiarity with design patterns, and robust engineering practices.
β’ Data proficiency, including advanced SQL skills; ability to independently and effectively create complex datasets in ClickHouse and utilize MongoDB.
β’ Understanding of MLOps, with practical experience using experiment tracking tools and familiarity with production workflows (Docker, Git, CI/CD).
β’ Independence: capable of deconstructing problems, selecting the appropriate technology stack (or rationalizing a non-ML solution), and delivering results in a production environment.
