This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Create precise machine learning models that simulate the behavior of industrial equipment and systems.
• Clean, preprocess, harmonize, and prepare datasets for machine learning applications.
• Choose, modify, and potentially integrate existing deep learning frameworks to fulfill project objectives.
• Build supporting infrastructure and integration for machine learning models.
• Utilize LLMs to expedite development and implementation when suitable, including overseeing LLM-generated solutions.
• Design and conduct experiments to assess model performance and discover effective methods.
• Record experiments, outcomes, and insights to aid in decision-making and outline the final production solution.
• Work collaboratively with engineering and domain specialists to convert industrial needs into effective machine learning solutions.
• Extensive experience in Machine Learning / Deep Learning and hands-on model development.
• Proven experience with real-world datasets, encompassing data cleaning and harmonization.
• Strong grasp of deep learning architectures and the capability to modify existing models for specific applications.
• Experience in designing and assessing machine learning experiments.
• Proficient in Python and software engineering practices.
• Nice-to-have: Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation methodologies.
• Nice-to-have: Background in recommender systems or related machine learning fields.
• Nice-to-have: Experience in industrial software, industrial engineering, or similar applications.
