This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Define and enhance our infrastructure to improve ML and AI capabilities, particularly focusing on LLM-based and agentic systems.
• Play a key role in the development and growth of our agentic AI framework powered by AWS Bedrock, facilitating both internal tools and customer-facing features.
• Identify, source, and refine datasets to enable model tuning, enhance retrieval pipelines, or expand agentic workflows.
• Pre-process data utilizing techniques such as data cleaning, feature engineering, and data transformation.
• Train, evaluate, and deploy both LLM-based systems and traditional machine learning models into production.
• Monitor, debug, and continuously enhance deployed models and AI tools.
• Facilitate machine learning applications across the organization, including selecting appropriate modeling approaches for specific use cases (LLM vs. traditional ML).
• Assist in the integration and application of LLMs, employing methods such as fine-tuning, prompt tuning, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) to enhance accuracy.
• 5+ years of experience as an ML Engineer, AI Engineer, or Software Engineer with a strong emphasis on AI.
• Practical experience in building AI agents using frameworks like LangChain, Amazon Bedrock AgentCore, or other similar technologies.
• Strong comprehension of LLM-based systems, including prompt engineering, agent orchestration, tool utilization, and multi-agent workflows.
• Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol) and experience in integrating agents with external APIs or data sources.
• Experience working with agents in Amazon Bedrock AgentCore or similar agent configurations.
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical methodologies, and data preprocessing techniques.
• Experience with cloud platforms for model training and deployment, particularly AWS.
• Proficient in Python, including LangChain, and standard data libraries such as Pandas and NumPy.
• Proficient in English.
• Fully remote working environment (available in France, Spain, or Portugal).
• Real ownership: you will shape how agentic AI is developed at PhantomBuster, rather than following someone else's directives.
• Freedom to explore and implement new technologies as the field evolves, making a significant impact at a small, self-funded, and profitable tech startup by establishing the foundation for machine learning and AI.
• Collaborative and open-minded culture grounded in rationality, humility, honesty, and long-term thinking.
• €40/month for remote work expenses.
• Home office budget of up to €1500.
• 100% coverage of an Alan Blue subscription (for French-based contracts).
