Senior ML & AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with GenAI & LLMs: Design, develop, and optimize generative AI models utilizing transformer architectures. Employ advanced methodologies to devise practical solutions for real-world issues.

• Utilize Modern Tools: Utilize frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, and LangSmith to construct automated workflows and intelligent agents. Integrate these technologies with vector databases for effective similarity searches and real-time analytics.

• Derive Data Insights: Analyze and process extensive volumes of unstructured data through embeddings and statistical modeling to uncover significant insights.

• Develop Scalable Systems: Partner with cross-functional teams to build production-ready ML systems capable of processing high-volume, real-time data.

• Mentor & Guide: Serve as a mentor for junior team members and stay informed about developments in Agentic AI, transformer models, and generative systems.

• Collaborate & Communicate: Engage with Product and Engineering teams to enhance data management and foster innovation. Clearly and effectively present complex analyses.

⛳️ Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: You possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, or a related area.

• Professional Experience: You have over 4 years of hands-on experience in the ML domain, demonstrating a successful history of developing transformer-based models and deploying them within scalable systems.

• Technical Proficiency:

• - Adept in Python and machine/deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, ScikitLearn, Spacy, or similar.

• - Experienced in natural language processing and contemporary LLM-based techniques.

• - Familiar with the complete ML lifecycle, including data preprocessing, training, evaluation stages, and monitoring techniques.

• - Proficient in SQL and data extraction methodologies.

• Innovative Mindset: You excel at tackling complex challenges and continuously seek to learn about emerging trends in Generative AI.

• Team Player & Communicator: You are an effective communicator, capable of collaborating and articulating your ideas professionally to team members, other engineering teams, and stakeholders.

• Domain Expertise: Familiarity with financial services, investment banking, venture capital, or private equity is a plus.
