Client Security Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the post-sales relationship for designated customers, ensuring smooth onboarding, adoption, and realization of value.

• Act as the primary contact for customers, offering guidance, strategic insights, and best practices to enhance platform effectiveness.

• Collaborate with technical and operational teams to convert customer objectives into quantifiable results.

• Anticipate potential risks to customer success and formulate strategies for mitigation.

• Work alongside internal teams—including Product, Sales, and Engineering—to advocate for customer requirements and feedback.

• Conduct customer business reviews, highlighting ROI and strategic alignment.

• Cultivate a thorough understanding of each customer’s cybersecurity goals, operational processes, and maturity level.

• Propel renewals and expansion opportunities by ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term engagement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in one or more of the following fields: Security Control Validation

• Detection Engineering / SOC Operations

• Red Teaming or Adversary Emulation

• Continuous Security Validation

• Incident Response or Security Process Validation

• Security Posture or Exposure Management

• Risk and Compliance or Supply Chain Security

• Strong technical knowledge of cybersecurity tools, frameworks, and validation methodologies.

• Demonstrated success in customer-facing roles—such as Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or Consulting.

• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities, capable of simplifying complex technical subjects for executive audiences.

• High degree of empathy and a genuine commitment to helping customers achieve success.

• Proven problem-solving capabilities and a sense of ownership.

• Capability to manage multiple accounts, priorities, and cross-functional relationships.
