This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide vendor-independent support across the Microsoft ecosystem, which includes Azure, Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, SQL, Windows Server, System Center, and Dynamics.
• Offer extensive technical knowledge and take full ownership of incidents from start to finish.
• Deliver proactive recommendations for migrations and significant changes.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and the primary escalation contact for intricate Microsoft-related issues.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a Microsoft-centric support, operations, or consulting capacity.
• In-depth, practical experience with several of the following technologies:
• - Microsoft 365 (including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams)
• - Azure IaaS/PaaS services and networking
• - Windows Server and Active Directory
• - SQL Server and associated data services
• - System Center, Intune/Endpoint Manager
• Excellent troubleshooting abilities across operating systems, networking, identity, and application layers.
• Familiarity with incident, problem, and change management processes (ITIL certification is a plus).
