
Senior Merchandiser β US Teva Wholesale

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +10 more states.
β’ Oversee seasonal sales, receipts, margin, and style-color count objectives for the US Wholesale division.
β’ Create and implement US Wholesale assortments that align with consumer needs and financial goals.
β’ Work in conjunction with Regional Merchandising to address future requirements, innovative products, and execution in the marketplace.
β’ Foster partnerships with DTC, distributors, Product, Marketing, Ecommerce, Operations, Supply Planning, Merchandise Planning, Consumer Data & Analytics, and DTC associates.
β’ Present the seasonal merchandise strategy, inventory targets, and overarching objectives.
β’ Conduct presentations during GTM milestone meetings, QBRs, and MBRs.
β’ Collaborate with Merchandise Planning and Marketing to synchronize forecasts with product initiatives, brand strategy, and demand planning.
β’ Evaluate retail metrics to uncover in-season opportunities and devise profitable growth strategies across various categories.
β’ Advocate for Teva's values and culture, promoting a diverse and inclusive workforce and environment.
β’ Uphold high standards for teamwork and collaboration, identifying synergies and establishing shared goals.
β’ Travel 15β20% of the time annually.
β’ Bachelor's degree preferred or a comparable mix of education and experience.
β’ At least 7 years of experience in footwear and/or apparel merchandising, ideally in wholesale merchandising and planning.
β’ Advanced skills in Excel and retail mathematics.
β’ Strong analytical abilities and a data-driven approach to decision making.
β’ Capability to influence and achieve results through collaboration, accountability, and effective stakeholder management.
β’ Proven leadership in product assortment development along with brand and business outcomes.
β’ Experience in leading and influencing cross-functional partners within a matrixed setting.
β’ Solid business acumen with the ability to recognize opportunities, evaluate marketplace trends, and devise actionable strategies.
β’ Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and storytelling abilities.
β’ Skill in customizing messages for various audiences.
β’ Willingness and capability to travel 15β20% annually.
β’ Must reside in one of the designated states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Indiana, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New York, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Texas, Utah, or Washington.
