Senior Medical Writer – Publications

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Conducting research, writing, and editing manuscripts, abstracts, slide presentations, posters, and various other deliverables.

• Collaborating with our Medical Communications team on high-visibility client projects.

• Ensuring all versions of deliverables are stored in the team file following standardized naming conventions.

• Analyzing study data and translating it into comprehensive and well-crafted deliverables.

• Meeting project deadlines and comprehending the development process of projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• MD, PhD in life sciences, or PharmD is mandatory.

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in writing peer-reviewed publications, congress abstracts, posters, and slide presentations within an agency environment.

• Proficient in independently writing and editing scientific manuscripts, abstracts, posters, and training materials.

• Exceptional verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a virtual environment.

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines.

• Familiarity with the AMA writing style is essential.

• A team player with a meticulous work ethic focused on attention to detail.
