This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Establish the strategic direction of the venture and oversee its execution.
• Enhance the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), pricing structure, and product positioning.
• Drive pilot programs with compliance and revenue cycle leaders, transition them into paid partnerships, and create the go-to-market strategy.
• Collaborate with the FutureSight product and engineering teams to launch Version 1 and refine it based on user feedback.
• Lead the seed fundraising efforts, leveraging FutureSight's network and existing traction.
• Assemble and guide the founding team while laying down the cultural framework of the company.
• Prior founding experience in a venture-backed organization.
• Proven track record in B2B SaaS go-to-market strategies, encompassing sales and customer engagement.
• Proficient in fundraising, with the capability to craft investor narratives and secure capital.
• Demonstrated skill in attracting, nurturing, and retaining exceptional talent.
• Realistic comprehension of the challenges and risks involved in co-founding a venture-backed enterprise.
• RCM Domain & Workflow Expertise: Extensive operational experience in healthcare revenue cycle, medical billing, or denial management. You should have an intuitive understanding of the operational distinctions between clinical/coding denials and administrative hurdles. Familiarity with the fragmented nature of smaller EHR/PM systems and the "band-aid" technology solutions that billers utilize to cope is essential.
