This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Lead projects as necessary, taking full responsibility for the scientific and editorial aspects.
• Accountable for creating high-quality scientific documents that align with project specifications.
• Assist in editing and proofreading materials authored by colleagues, offering constructive feedback to support their growth.
• The position includes reviewing and interpreting data from preclinical and clinical research papers to produce scientific documents that meet project guidelines.
• Stay updated with medical advancements and perform literature searches to guarantee the accuracy of medical information for designated projects.
• Engage in client meetings and teleconferences, and attend scientific conferences as required.
• Analyze clinical trial data and convey its significance to the appropriate physician and consumer audiences based on client specifications for assigned projects.
• An advanced degree in life sciences, pharmacology, or medicine.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Capability to excel in a dynamic environment, meeting deadlines while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong financial, administrative, and organizational skills, including the ability to multitask effectively.
• Over 2 years of relevant experience in medical communications.
• High attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting as well as independently.
• Proficient computer skills, including Internet research and knowledge of Microsoft Windows applications such as Word, Excel (capable of maintaining complex spreadsheets), and PowerPoint.
