• A minimum of 4 years of experience working with medical professionals and conveying complex health concepts to varied audiences.

• MA/MS from an accredited graduate program in medical illustration or equivalent experience.

• Client-focused mindset; demonstrated ability to deliver client projects punctually and within budget.

• Strong leadership and collaboration abilities within multidisciplinary teams.

• Self-motivated with sound judgment and the capacity to work independently.

• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to scientific precision.

• Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities.

• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and visual communication methodologies.

• Proven experience in storyboarding for 3D animation.

• Solid grasp of 3D modeling and animation principles.

• Enthusiasm for AI productivity tools and enhancements in efficiency.

• Experience with pharmaceutical or medical device clients (Nice to Have).

• Familiarity with UI/UX and immersive technologies (VR/AR) storytelling (Nice to Have).

• Experience in project management and team leadership (Nice to Have).
