This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• You will take full ownership of Meta across all active markets, managing the day-to-day operations of Meta ad accounts in the UK and as new markets are introduced.
• You will focus on profit-aware scaling, increasing spending while ensuring ROAS / CAC remains within target ranges.
• You will orchestrate multiple country accounts simultaneously without losing track of any details.
• You will collaborate closely with André's team to convert platform signals into actionable creative briefs.
• You will establish a structured operating rhythm, conducting weekly cycles of planning, execution, retrospectives, and replanning.
• You will uphold account hygiene and resilience by maintaining, strengthening, and evolving our Business Manager and ad account frameworks.
• Over time, you will expand into new channels as you demonstrate your capabilities.
• As junior buyers are added to your team, you will be responsible for hiring, mentoring, and leading the Meta pod.
• You have a proven track record of scaling on Meta, personally managing accounts with a spend of £1M+/month for DTC e-commerce brands, actively engaging with the platform daily.
• You possess over 5 years of in-depth experience specific to Meta, understanding its quirks, policy challenges, bidding behavior, and measurement intricacies.
• You have a background in scaling DTC consumer brands, focusing on growth rather than maintenance.
• You demonstrate structured operational behaviors, including forecasting, a regular reporting cadence, explicit decision-making rules, and written planning.
• You possess creative fluency, thinking in terms of concepts, hooks, formats, and angles rather than solely focusing on metrics.
• You have experience in multi-geo operations or the discipline to learn and absorb it effectively.
• You are prepared for the intensity of a startup environment, committing to 50+ hours per week in an asynchronous, high-ownership culture.
