This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You serve as the primary contact for client services (account management), procurement, billing, and financial oversight regarding all master data issues.
• You convert client contracts and information from client services into accurate configurations in DML and Maconomy, as well as into vendor entries in SAP/Ariba.
• You are responsible for maintaining and managing central master data within our media execution system, DML.
• You actively enhance master data processes, including developing clear guidelines, establishing uniform standards, and minimizing complexity.
• You identify opportunities for automation and assist in driving their implementation.
• You provide training to internal users and support the development of key-user skills within the teams.
• You assist with finance processes and contribute to the group’s data-driven management.
• You have completed vocational training in a commercial field or possess a relevant degree.
• You bring a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a similar position.
• You possess a strong understanding of the media industry, with familiarity in media planning, purchasing, and billing.
• You have experience with media processing systems, preferably DML.
• You work in a meticulous and organized manner, with a strong emphasis on quality.
• You can translate complex requirements from contracts and briefings into technical configurations.
• You communicate clearly and confidently across various interfaces, including internally with client services, procurement, billing, and controlling.
• Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken, are essential.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Maconomy) and basic accounting knowledge, along with good English language skills, are advantageous.
