Senior Master Data Manager, Media

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You are the central point of contact for customer consulting, purchasing, invoicing, and controlling regarding all master data inquiries.

• You translate customer contracts and information from customer consulting into accurate settings in DML and Maconomy, as well as creditors in SAP/Ariba.

• You maintain and manage central master data in our media processing system DML.

• You actively develop master data processes, such as clear guidelines, uniform standards, and reducing complexity.

• You identify automation potentials and collaborate on their implementation.

• You train internal users and support the development of key user competencies within the teams.

• You assist with finance processes and contribute to the data-driven management of the group.

⛳️ Requirements

• You have completed a commercial vocational training or a degree.

• At least 3 years of professional experience in a comparable role.

• You possess a solid understanding of the media industry.

• Media planning, purchasing, and invoicing are familiar territory for you.

• You have experience with media processing systems – ideally DML.

• You work in a structured and precise manner with a strong focus on quality.

• You can translate complex requirements from contracts and briefings into technical settings.

• You communicate clearly and confidently across various interfaces, such as internally with customer consulting, purchasing, invoicing, and controlling.

• Excellent German language skills, both spoken and written.

• Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Maconomy) and basic accounting knowledge, along with good English skills, are a plus.
