This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the development and implementation of integrated product and commercialization strategies that align with corporate and portfolio goals.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration among Commercial, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory, Clinical, and Corporate Communications teams to ensure launch readiness and sustained product strategy.
• Convert scientific and clinical data into unique product positioning, messaging, and customer engagement strategies.
• Collaborate with market research and analytics teams to derive actionable insights from customer feedback, market trends, competitive analysis, and performance metrics.
• Spearhead the creation of disease education, promotional, and non-promotional initiatives in cooperation with agency and internal stakeholders.
• Proactively identify strategic risks, gaps, and opportunities, assisting teams in making informed business trade-off decisions.
• Manage complex projects involving multiple stakeholders while ensuring efficiency, quality, accountability, and compliance.
• Contribute to long-term planning, portfolio strategy discussions, and commercialization readiness efforts.
• Act as a collaborative leader and trusted advisor who enhances cross-functional execution and organizational effectiveness.
• A Bachelor's degree is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
• Proven experience in leading product strategy, commercialization, brand management, or launch initiatives within the biotech, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sectors.
• Exceptional ability to synthesize scientific, customer, and market insights into clear strategic direction and actionable plans.
• Experience in influencing cross-functional stakeholders and achieving alignment in complex, matrixed environments.
• Strong strategic thinking, communication, and presentation capabilities.
• Excellent project leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic organizations that demand high accountability and autonomy.
• Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, constructively challenge assumptions, and drive results through influence.
• Strong ownership mindset, sound business judgment, and a bias for action.
• Experience in CNS, rare diseases, specialty therapeutics, or launch environments is a plus.
