This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in the implementation of comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as email, paid media, web, webinars, and events.
• Create and oversee campaign workflows within marketing automation and CRM systems (e.g., setting up campaigns, targeting, tracking, and quality assurance).
• Execute campaign materials developed by product marketing and marketing managers, including messaging, offers, landing pages, and calls-to-action (CTAs).
• Ensure that campaigns are synchronized with product launches, go-to-market schedules, and stages of the buyer journey.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guarantee accurate execution, timely deployment, and seamless handoffs.
• Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, focusing on engagement, conversion, and its impact on pipeline and revenue.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports that provide insights into campaign effectiveness and funnel performance.
• Track digital interactions and campaign responses to guide optimization recommendations.
• Work alongside marketing and sales teams to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
• Aid in A/B testing and optimizing campaign components such as subject lines, messaging, landing pages, and audience targeting.
• Analyze channel and campaign outcomes to suggest modifications that enhance performance and return on investment (ROI).
• Provide insights into buyer behavior, campaign engagement, and content effectiveness to inform messaging and program strategies.
• Participate in post-campaign evaluations and summaries with clear insights and actionable recommendations.
• Assist in ensuring accurate campaign tracking, data integrity, and consistent reporting within marketing systems.
• Support the documentation of campaign procedures, metrics definitions, and best practices.
• Collaborate with marketing operations to address data, attribution, or reporting challenges.
• Help maintain campaign calendars, reporting schedules, and performance assessments.
• Oversee the regulatory approvals process and manage document postings to SharePoint and Showpad.
• 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, campaign analytics, demand generation, or marketing operations.
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Eloqua, Salesforce) is preferred.
• Familiarity with digital channels such as email, paid media, websites, webinars, and virtual events.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, comfortable working with data, dashboards, and reports.
• Capability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• An interest in B2B marketing, enterprise software, or healthcare technology is preferred.
