This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.
• You will spearhead the development of comprehensive member journeys, outlining key lifecycle stages and identifying crucial moments that enhance engagement, retention, and growth.
• You will design and implement segmentation strategies, converting enterprise segments into actionable marketing initiatives that cater to diverse member needs.
• You will manage key marketing models (e.g., next best offer, attrition) from a strategic perspective— pinpointing gaps, refining current models, and shaping future capabilities.
• You will guide an integrated channel strategy across both digital and traditional platforms, focusing on expanding into under-utilized channels to broaden reach, boost engagement, and achieve measurable results.
• You will convert data into actionable insights, collaborating with analytics teams to inform strategies, assess performance, and enhance marketing effectiveness.
• You will lead forecasting initiatives and ROI analysis, supporting the organization in making informed, impactful marketing investments.
• You will work closely with product, analytics, finance, and MarTech teams to synchronize strategies, define requirements, and ensure flawless execution.
• You will oversee marketing plans to guarantee alignment with business objectives, while guiding teams to implement a cohesive lifecycle strategy.
• You will take charge of performance storytelling— consolidating insights, leading business reviews, and presenting clear, strategic recommendations to leadership.
• You will manage marketing budgets, ensuring accurate tracking, efficient allocation, and alignment with strategic priorities.
• You will mentor team members and serve as a strategic thought partner, promoting innovation, accountability, and continuous development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications, or equivalent work or education-related experience.
• Seven years of experience in a Marketing Manager or related role.
• An advanced degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications is preferred.
• Experience in CRM and lifecycle marketing.
• Strong project management skills with a focus on service and the ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables.
• Exceptional written and executive presentation skills, with experience in developing and delivering strategic presentations tailored for leadership and executive audiences.
• Proven understanding of branding and its relationship to positioning, marketing strategies, and tactics.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to research and offer innovative business and competitive analytics, positioning, and strategies to capitalize on marketing opportunities.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional collaboration, build relationships, and negotiate effectively.
