This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Design and implement creative marketing and advertising strategies for 20-30 designated titles each year
• Guide authors in utilizing their professional networks and author platforms (e.g., newsletters, social media, personal contacts)
• Relay marketing strategies and updates to authors, agents, editors, sales teams, and other central departments
• Monitor expenses and oversee budgets for the assigned titles and associated projects
• Over 5 years of marketing experience in trade book publishing or a related industry
• Proficiency in Google Business Suite, project management applications such as Airtable and Basecamp, and marketing analytics tools
• Capability to balance strategic planning with execution
• Demonstrated experience in managing social media accounts
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
