This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Collaborate with stakeholders during weekly or bi-weekly content planning meetings.
• Generate content concepts, hooks, and messaging that resonate with audience interests and align with business objectives.
• Create scripts for short-form video content for platforms including Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook.
• Edit raw video footage into engaging, high-quality vertical videos utilizing CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar applications.
• Schedule and publish content across all social media channels.
• Oversee comments, messages, and community engagement activities while coordinating with existing automation systems.
• Ensure adherence to brand guidelines, tone of voice, and content standards.
• Construct, launch, manage, and optimize Meta advertising campaigns throughout the customer journey (Top of Funnel, Middle of Funnel, and Bottom of Funnel).
• Conduct audience, creative, and offer tests to enhance campaign performance.
• Design and create static ad creatives using Canva or comparable design platforms.
• Track campaign performance and pinpoint areas for optimization.
• Provide weekly reports on key performance metrics such as CPL, CTR, CPC, ROAS, and overall account health.
• Offer data-driven insights regarding which campaigns, creatives, and strategies should be scaled, paused, or tested next.
• Build and implement email marketing campaigns targeted at subscriber and prospect databases.
• Create, manage, and optimize nurture sequences and automations within the CRM system.
• Segment audiences using engagement and behavioral data.
• Enhance campaign performance through continuous testing and optimization.
• Maintain a weekly marketing dashboard that encompasses paid advertising, content performance, lead generation, and funnel activity.
• Prepare monthly performance reviews featuring actionable insights and recommendations.
• Analyze marketing data to uncover trends, opportunities, and areas needing improvement.
• At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing Meta Ads campaigns beyond basic boosted posts.
• Strong grasp of campaign structures, audience testing, creative testing, CBO, and ABO strategies.
• Advanced video editing capabilities with CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or equivalent software.
• Demonstrated experience in crafting short-form video content for social media platforms.
• Strong copywriting skills for advertisements, email campaigns, and social media content.
• Experience in developing and interpreting marketing performance reports and dashboards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational abilities with a knack for managing multiple projects at once.
• Highly proactive and self-motivated with a solutions-oriented approach.
• Comfortable working independently with minimal oversight.
• Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience in creating SEO-focused content and blog articles.
• Familiarity with GoHighLevel (GHL).
• Experience using Zoho CRM.
• Background in the property, real estate, mortgage, finance, or professional services sectors.
