This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Take ownership of the marketing performance narrative and provide actionable insights to channel managers and marketing leadership.
• Develop forecasting, scenario modeling, and benchmarking to guide quarterly and annual marketing budget planning.
• Maintain and enhance revenue attribution models, analyzing multi-touch and pipeline contribution data.
• Create and conduct incremental tests to verify attribution results.
• Establish measurement frameworks, success metrics, targets, and testing designs in collaboration with channel owners prior to campaign launches.
• Examine the complete buyer journey within HubSpot and Salesforce, pinpointing funnel trends, conversion barriers, and anomalies.
• Lead post-campaign analyses and propose adjustments to targeting, spend, or creative strategies.
• Define requirements and acceptance criteria for the GTM data layer in Snowflake and dbt.
• Assist in measuring brand and upper-funnel indicators such as branded search, share of voice, and brand awareness.
• Mentor channel owners, standardize definitions, and enhance self-service reporting capabilities.
• Report directly to the Marketing Ops & Programs Lead while collaborating with the Senior Marketing Analytics Engineer.
• Over 8 years of experience in marketing analytics, marketing operations, or a closely related field.
• Preferably experience in a B2B SaaS environment with a focus on a measurement or attribution strategy.
• Practical experience with a B2B attribution platform like Deamdata.
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms, including HubSpot and Salesforce.
• Proficiency with BI tools such as Omni, Looker, or Tableau.
• Strong SQL skills, including the ability to join, aggregate, and validate warehouse data.
• Capability to interpret and question dbt models.
• Extensive knowledge of multi-touch attribution, incrementality testing, and experimentation methodologies.
• Skill in translating complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Excellent stakeholder management abilities, with experience presenting to audiences from CMOs to paid media specialists.
