Senior Marketing Data Scientist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Examine extensive datasets from customers, CRM, media, healthcare, and behavioral sources to uncover trends and business drivers.

• Create measurement frameworks for marketing initiatives in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors.

• Develop segmentation models, conduct behavioral analyses, establish audience scoring models, and create methodologies for attribution and predictive analytics.

• Utilize Python, SQL, AI tools, and workflow automation to enhance the efficiency of analytics delivery.

• Convert intricate analytical results into business-friendly language and prepare presentations suitable for executives.

• Guide junior analysts and foster an environment that values curiosity, continuous learning, and improvement.

• Serve as a reliable analytics partner for teams in Strategy, Media, and Client Services.

⛳️ Requirements

• Between 5 to 8 years of experience in Data Science, Healthcare and Pharma Marketing Analytics, Customer Analytics, Business Intelligence, as well as Measurement & Attribution.

• Strong preference for candidates with experience in pharmaceutical marketing, healthcare marketing, paid media analytics, CRM and customer engagement analytics, alongside marketing measurement and attribution.

• Expertise in Python, SQL, statistical analysis, data modeling, predictive analytics, Power BI, and understanding data transformation and ETL processes.

• Outstanding English communication skills, including the ability to lead meetings, present complex ideas to non-technical audiences, and generate insights for executive-level discussions.

• Willingness to work during U.S. Eastern Time business hours and collaborate with teams based in the United States.
