This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Take ownership of the strategy, design, and ongoing enhancement of next best action (NBA) and next best offer (NBO) frameworks for current and past consumer and small business clients.
• Create and oversee decision-making logic and prioritization models that align customer needs with business goals across all product categories, including deposits, lending, wealth management, treasury services, and merchant solutions.
• Identify and implement data-driven opportunities that matter—utilizing behavioral signals, life events, transactional triggers, and engagement patterns to ensure timely and appropriate messaging to the right customer through the right channel, maximizing high-value opportunities to foster meaningful engagement and action.
• Develop and sustain ongoing audience segmentation strategies that pinpoint the right customers for timely marketing or sales initiatives.
• Utilize existing and past customer data environments to uncover valuable opportunities for cross-selling, reacquisition, deepening engagement, and retention.
• Manage the entire process of constructing, overseeing, and delivering targeted customer audiences for activation across all marketing and sales channels, including direct mail, email, targeted digital advertising, and outbound calls.
• Oversee data pipelines and workflows necessary to extract, transform, and deliver audience files and segments to channel execution partners and platforms accurately and promptly.
• Ensure that audiences are updated and maintained continuously to support ongoing marketing and sales efforts rather than just episodic campaign activities.
• Collaborate with channel owners and marketing operations to ensure smooth audience ingestion, suppression logic, and governance of contact frequency.
• Manage the technology stack and data infrastructure that supports decision intelligence and audience activation, including cloud data environments (preferably Snowflake), CRM systems, and marketing activation tools.
• Bachelor's Degree (4 years or equivalent) in Marketing, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline.
• Minimum experience: Over 8 years of hands-on expertise in marketing analytics, decision intelligence, customer data management, or related positions within financial services or a similarly intricate consumer-facing sector.
• Proven experience in developing and managing next best action, propensity modeling, or customer decision frameworks at scale.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar) and an understanding of how CRM data facilitates marketing and sales activation.
• Strong practical experience with SQL for data querying, audience creation, and pipeline development.
• Experience with cloud data platforms, ideally Snowflake.
• Demonstrated capability to manage data pipelines and audience delivery workflows that support multi-channel marketing activation.
• Experience working across various marketing channels, including direct mail, email, targeted digital, and outbound calling.
• Solid understanding of consumer and/or small business banking products and customer lifecycle dynamics.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage projects independently.
