This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +4 more states.
β’ Oversee the planning and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns across both digital and print platforms.
β’ Collaborate with sales and channel management to uncover opportunities that enhance advisor engagement and promote revenue growth.
β’ Craft clear and persuasive messaging that simplifies intricate life insurance and annuity concepts for both advisors and clients.
β’ Create and deliver marketing materials such as brochures, sales collateral, presentations, email campaigns, social media content, web content, and case studies.
β’ Monitor campaign effectiveness, lead generation, and outcomes to ensure success and identify areas for improvement.
β’ Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
β’ Assist in product or initiative launches by developing positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
β’ Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to execute high-quality marketing programs that meet partner objectives and specifications.
β’ Coordinate closely with compliance teams to guarantee that all communications adhere to regulatory standards.
β’ Formulate targeted strategies for key distribution partners, market segments, and focus firms.
β’ Support advisor and internal training programs through the creation of marketing and educational content.
β’ 5β7+ years of marketing experience, ideally within the financial services sector.
β’ Previous experience with life insurance and/or annuities is highly desirable.
β’ Strong grasp of advisor distribution channels (independent, broker-dealer, RIA, etc.).
β’ Outstanding writing and editing abilities, with a knack for simplifying complex financial ideas.
β’ Proven experience in executing multi-channel marketing campaigns (both digital and traditional).
β’ Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Pardot, Marketo, HubSpot, Active Campaign, etc.).
β’ Excellent project management and organizational abilities, capable of juggling multiple priorities.
β’ Strategic thinker adept at fostering trusted relationships with key stakeholders and influencing cross-functional teams to achieve alignment.
β’ Detail-oriented with the capability to excel in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
