This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +4 more states.
β’ Oversee the planning and implementation of comprehensive marketing campaigns across both digital and print mediums.
β’ Collaborate with sales and channel management to pinpoint opportunities that enhance advisor engagement and boost revenue.
β’ Develop clear and engaging messaging that simplifies complex concepts related to life insurance and annuities for both advisors and clients.
β’ Produce and distribute various marketing materials, including brochures, sales resources, presentations, email campaigns, social media content, website content, and case studies.
β’ Monitor campaign performance, lead generation, and outcomes to ensure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
β’ Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
β’ Assist with the launch of products or initiatives by providing positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
β’ Work collaboratively across departments with internal stakeholders and external partners to create high-quality marketing programs that align with partner objectives and requirements.
β’ Liaise closely with compliance teams to ensure all communications adhere to regulatory standards.
β’ Formulate targeted strategies for key distribution partners, market segments, and focus firms.
β’ Contribute to training initiatives for advisors and internal teams through the development of marketing and educational content.
β’ 5β7+ years of marketing experience, ideally within the financial services sector.
β’ Experience in life insurance and/or annuities is highly desirable.
β’ Strong grasp of advisor distribution channels (independent, broker-dealer, RIA, etc.).
β’ Outstanding writing and editing abilities with a knack for simplifying intricate financial concepts.
β’ Proven track record in executing multi-channel marketing campaigns (both digital and traditional).
β’ Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Pardot, Marketo, HubSpot, Active Campaign, etc.).
β’ Excellent project management and organizational abilities, capable of juggling multiple priorities.
β’ Strategic mindset with the ability to cultivate trusted relationships with key stakeholders and influence cross-functional teams for alignment.
β’ Strong attention to detail and the capacity to excel in a fast-paced, remote working environment.
