• Confirm insurance policy benefit details and secure authorizations/pre-certifications for clinical trial services.

• Examine the billing grid/budget and create a list of all procedures linked to research.

• Validate hospital and professional insurance policy benefits for patients participating in clinical trials.

• Maintain a high standard of customer service by serving as a resource for patients and team members.

• High School Diploma.

• 2 years of relevant experience.

• Over 1 year of healthcare experience dealing with insurance/authorizations.
